It feels like eternity went by in an hour.
Van has his driver's license. Jeanie is prepping for high school. Abe runs 150% through [everything].
This blog feels like documentation of everything I hold dear, and while I've missed documenting so many milestones, today feels like a good place to start.
Van: He is driving to and from school on his own. [I never feel great about this, but he is doing great with this.] He is a good conversationalist, college-bound, playing 2 varsity sports (XC & LAX), and nearing Eagle Scout Rank. He is a pretty good golfer on the side.
Jeanie: She is consistently interested in underwater aquatics and has achieved her Scuba Certification. She is so compassionate and a killer tennis player (undefeated in middle school). She volunteers regularly via NCL with Miracle League.
Abe: He gives 100% and beyond on everything. He got a new wetsuit for his birthday today, and he loves to surf. He plays basketball, lax, surf, and skateboard. He said today, the best part about being 12 is officially being able to drive a go-cart at jungle rapids.
