{Love to hear percussion!...Thats for you Auntie Snags, and hopefully brought images of Peg Peregos in leotards and tutus doing tondus} and for everyone else, to the tune of The Miami Sound Machine, if you will.
Since Van officially weighed in at 23 lbs, according to our carseat label, we were able to turn around his carseat. HOWEVER, after I drafted this post, I realized it couldn't hurt to double-check NC laws and they recommend leaving your child rear-facing as long as possible. SO--Van's carseat turns back around for now!
Routhie & Matt's wedding was gorgeous and fantastic. So happy to have such adorable and fun friends to celebrate meaningful events with. Van did a great job with G-Mommy and G-Diddy Lackey over the weekend. Apparently something they were feeding him instigated another growth spurt!! {Hopefully it wasn't livermush!!} ; )
Even his teacher at school noticed his newly aggressive appetite. On his report today:
"Had a huge appetite during lunch! I ate everything and wanted more!"
Bud-Man also managed to take a 3.5 hour nap this afternoon...
Maybe it was the gloomy weather!
I tried to teach him some of my dance moves from the weekend & he practiced...
Bit some coasters.
And lamented his short-lived frontward-facing victory.
Sorry, Bud!
Look at his long legs!! Sorry about the carseat but it won't be too much longer, right?!
ReplyDeletehe IS bigger than a few weeks ago, love those legs!
